07:00 – 07:45: Guests, who book IRIS’s limousine transfer service (*extra charge), will be picked up at hotel lobby in Hanoi Old Quarter or at our picked-up point in Hanoi to depart to Halong.

07:45 – 10:30: Transfer from Hanoi to Halong International Cruise Port and we have short break on the way for your own refreshment.

10:30 – 11:30: Welcome aboard IRIS Cruise at Halong Port and transfer to cruise by electricity carte.Boarding and enjoying welcomed drink. The cruise manager will do a short briefing of safety regulations and the trip schedule. Then enjoy the majestic scenery of hundreds of limestone mountains while cruising through Halong Bay.

11:30 – 13:00: Having buffet lunch (*Set menu will be served for under 30 guests); surcharge for lobster only 450,000 VND (½ lobster) and booked in advanced.

13:00 – 14:00: Explore Sung Sot Cave, the largest cave in Halong Bay made up of countless shimmering stalactites and stalagmites in unique shapes

14:00 – 14:45: Cruise to Luon Cave, one of the most unique caves in Halong Bay featuring the selfcontained lake inside a closed arch shaped mountain, where is the best place for kayaking or sampan boat (*extra charge: 100.000 VND/pax).

14:45 – 15:30: Visit TiTop Island, which must amaze you with its charming natural landscape and a beautiful beach like a moon embracing the island. Visitors have time to soak themselves in the sea or climb up to the top of mountains for panorama view of Halong.

15:30 – 16:30: Enjoy Canapé party and live music band on sundeck while cruising in a mid of magnificent beauty of Halong Bay or have a self-immersion in our relaxed four seasons Jacuzzi.

16:30 – 17:00: Cruise back to the harbor. Meet the car to transfer Hanoi for who book transfer service.

19:30 – 20:00: Arrive Hanoi, Tour is ended with Iris Cruise.

• Departure from Ha Long: 10:30 AM. Location: Ha Long International Port, Quang Ninh.
• Departure from Hanoi: 07:00 AM. Pick-up points: Hanoi Opera House – No. 1 Trang Tien, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi or at hotels in the Old Quarter.
• Please enter the name and address of your hotel.
• Be ready at the meeting point 10 minutes in advance.
• The shuttle bus is shared with other passengers, so there may occasionally be delays.
• No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.
• The itinerary may change due to traffic/weather conditions.
• Additional fee for kayaking or paddle boat (100,000 VND/person).

• Free for 1 child aged 0-1 if they do not occupy a separate seat.
• 2 adults paying can bring 1 child aged 0-1. Each additional child will need to purchase a child ticket.
• Children’s age will be based on the year of birth.
• Parents share food/drinks with children aged 0-1.
• Please inform us of any food allergies or special requests.
• 1 buffet/set menu meal. Buffet will be available when the number of guests is 30 or more.
• The menu might change depending on the season and availabilty of ingredients.
• The voucher is only valid on the specified date (and time if applicable).
• You will receive a confirmation within a few minutes. If you do not see any confirmation, please contact our customer support team.
• Holiday surcharge: 100,000 VND/person (December 24, 25, 31, 2024 – January 1, 28, 29, 30, 31, 2025 – April 30, 2025 – May 1, 2, 3, 4, 2025 – August 30, 31, 2025 – September 1, 2, 2025).
• All surcharges must be paid in cash directly to the reception on the boat.
• Present your mobile voucher.
• The voucher is only valid on the specified date (and time if applicable).
• No pets allowed.
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be issued.
• Please take responsibility for your personal belongings. The operator will not be responsible for any lost items during the trip.
• Please refrain from feeding marine/wild animals or participating in any activities that may harm the ecosystem.
• In case of unexpected events or bad weather, the operator may cancel your reservation. You can then reschedule or receive a refund.
