10:15 – 10:30 | Welcome Aboard at Lot 16, Tuan Chau Harbor
As you step onto the deck, you will be greeted by a lion dance — a symbol of good luck before the voyage. Enjoy a refreshing welcome drink in hand as you get ready for a 7 hour journey to explore the stunning Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay. As the cruise departs,

Cancellation (individual bookings):

• 15 days or more before departure: free of charge
• 5 to 14 days before departure: 50% of the booking value
• Less than 5 days before departure or no-show: 100% of the booking value

Any change that reduces the number of guests or changes the date is treated as a cancellation. Groups and private charters follow a separate policy – please contact us.

If the cruise is cancelled by the Ha Long Bay authorities (storm, flood or official order): if you still have lunch on board, US$12 per guest is charged and the balance refunded. Our consultant confirms the final amount by email.
