Tuan Chau Marina is about 2.5–3 hours from Hanoi by expressway. We arrange a shuttle or private car; self-drivers should reach the Lyra Lounge at Lot 20B by 11:30.

- Two children aged 5 – 11 in their own cabin pay 75% of the adult rate each; one child in a single cabin pays 75% of the single cabin rate.
- 12 years and above: charged as an adult. A third person on an extra bed pays 75% of half the cabin rate.
- Single occupancy: 85% of the double/twin cabin rate.

Individual bookings (1 – 3 cabins):

Any change of date or cabin is treated as a cancellation and a new booking. Groups of 4 cabins or more and charters follow a separate policy – please contact us.
Force majeure: if the cruise is cancelled because of storms, government restrictions or other events beyond control, your booking is kept for a new date within 3 months of the announcement.
- Christmas Eve, Christmas Day (24 & 25 December) and Year End (31 December): US$77 per adult; US$39 per child aged 5 – 11.
- New Year’s Day (1 January): 15% surcharge on the cabin rate, extra person and extra bed prices.
