Cycad Cruise Halong Bay

Morning

08:00 – 8:30: Our driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi, transfer to Sunworld International Harbor (if you book the shuttle limousine, extra fee needed)

12:00: Arrival at Sunworld International Harbor, you have a short time to relax before embarking on the CYCAD Cruise. Then, transfer by tender to the main cruise ship (5 -10 minutes) 

Enjoy the warmest welcome drinks as you step on board at 12:45, listen to the safety briefing, and then check into your cabin. Later, having a delicious fusion buffet lunch while our boat cruises leisurely to the heart of Bai Tu Long Bay 

Afternoon

We will transfer to Vung Vieng Fishing Village by tender. Get on the rowing bamboo boat (rowed by the fisherman) or kayak to explore this serene place and learn about the interesting local fishing life is an activity worth trying.

Afterward, back to Cycad Cruise for a shower and refreshment, then enjoy the Happy Hour offer on the sundeck, and enjoy the canape party.

Guests are invited to use the traditional Vietnamese long dress (Ao co phuc) for free to experience & capture the heritage bay view for memorable moments, and relax.

Evening

Then, indulge in a fine-dining set dinner and an array of exquisite Vietnamese delicacies. Later, you can take time to relax and enjoy a traditional Vietnamese mini music show.

Morning & Atternoon

Wake up early in the morning for Tai Chi exercise and enjoy a light buffet breakfast with an International style afterward.

Discover Thien Canh Son Cave, which is located on top of a mountain, containing a long history of geological value and natural beauty. Recommend you bring a camera and wear sports shoes for hiking.

Later, back to the main boat for the cruise back to the harbor by a different route. Check out your room at 9:30, then enjoy a tasty Vietnamese set menu for brunch and treat your taste buds to a delightful experience.

11:00: We disembark at Halong International Harbor for the trip back to Hanoi.

Drop-off at your hotel in Hanoi at around 14:30 (if using the transfer service, extra fee needed).

• Children aged 1-4 years: FOC if sharing EVERYTHING with parents or using a baby cot (limited to 1 child/1 room). From the 2nd child: Surcharge at VND 1.500.000vnd/child/night if sharing bed with parent or 2.500.000vnd/night if requiring an extra bed
• From 5 to 7 years old: Surcharge 2.500.000vnd/night if sharing bed with adults or 3.500.000vnd/night if an extra bed is required
• From 8 to 10 years old: Surcharge 3.500.000vnd/night if sharing bed with adults or 100% charge if extra bed is required

• Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay, Bai Tu Long Bay:
• The cancellation decision is made by Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such case, we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request or offer refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

Morning

08:00 – 08:30: A driver will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi and transfer you to Sunworld International Harbor (shuttle limousine available with an additional fee).

12:00: Upon arrival at the harbor, take a short break before boarding the Cycad Cruise. A tender will bring you to the main ship in about 5 – 10 minutes.

Receive a warm welcome with refreshing drinks around 12:45, listen to a brief safety introduction, and check into your cabin. Soon after, savor a delightful fusion buffet lunch as the cruise gently sails into the stunning heart of Bai Tu Long Bay.

Afternoon

Afterward, take a tender to Vung Vieng Fishing Village, where you’ll board a traditional bamboo boat rowed by local fishermen or go kayaking to discover this charming area. This peaceful excursion offers the chance to admire the serene scenery and learn about the unique lifestyle of the fishing community.

Return to the Cycad Cruise for a shower and refresh, then join the Happy Hour on the sundeck while enjoying a canapé party. Guests are then invited to wear a complimentary traditional Vietnamese costume to capture unforgettable photos against the enchanting backdrop of the bay.

Evening

The day concludes with a luxurious fine-dining set dinner and exquisite Vietnamese specialties, followed by a traditional mini music performance on board.

Morning

You can wake up early in the morning for Tai Chi exercise. Next, have a light buffet breakfast, then relax on board and get prepared for an active day.

The day cruise boat (smaller boat) will pick you up and start cruising leisurely to the heart of Bai Tu Long Bay, Cap La area, where a dozen small “private” beaches and gorgeous lagoons are awaiting you to explore.

Let’s go kayaking to discover the most breathtaking natural scenery of limestone islands and islets. Otherwise, feel free to relax on natural beaches in the area.

Around noon, travelers get back to the day boat for refreshment. After that, have your lunch with the local food, simple, fresh, and delicious.

Afternoon

Enjoy the scenery of the other part of Bai Tu Long Bay while the day cruise boat is cruising back to Cycad Cruise.

As we head back to the mother boat, let’s relax and enjoy the rest of the day on Day 01. Enjoy a delicious dinner and spend the night on board.

Start the day with an early morning Tai Chi session on the sundeck, followed by a light international-style breakfast.

Today, we will have a trip to the majestic Thien Canh Son Cave, which is located on top of a mountain, containing a long history of geological value and natural beauty. Recommend you bring a camera and wear sports shoes for hiking.

Return to the main cruise as it sails back toward the harbor along a different route. At 09:30, check out of your cabin and enjoy a delicious à la carte lunch before disembarkation.

11:30: Arrive at Halong International Harbor for your transfer back to Hanoi. Around 15:00, you will be dropped off at your hotel (shuttle bus available with an additional fee).
