For guests who use the transfer package (book separately with a surcharge), a bus will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter around 08:00 – 08:30 and then go to Halong Bay International Harbor.

6:10: Morning Tai Chi Session

Start your day with a Taichi session on the sundeck or at the Piano Lounge (depending on weather conditions).

6:30: Light Breakfast

Enjoy a light breakfast with coffee, tea, and freshly baked pastries.

7:15: Visit Titov Island

Immerse yourself in the turquoise water and climb to the top of the island beholding the breathtaking panoramic view of the bay.

8:30: Full Breakfast at the Restaurant

Enjoy a full breakfast at the restaurant while the boat is cruising.

9:30: Check-out

Bill settlement and check-out at the reception on the first deck.

10:30: Transfer to Ambassador Lounge
Disembark at Halong International Cruise Port. You can wait for your driver at the waiting lounge.

Cancellation Policy and Refund:

• • More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge 
  • From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates 
  • From 10 to 7 days prior to check in: 30% of total rates. 
  • Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates. 
  • No-Show: 100% of total rates.

Cancellation notice must be in written form and send to us via email. Refund will be processed between 5-7 business days.

• The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
• Children from 4-11 will pay extra charge 75% of adult rate. Children 12 and above must pay full fare as adult.
• An extra charge of USD 25.00 per extra bed if required to set up in the cabin for 02 days/1night program or USD 35.00 per extra bed for 03 days/2 nights program (already included in children rate). An extra charge of USD 10.00 per baby cot for 02 days/1 night program or USD 15.00 per baby cot for 03 days/ 2nights program if require. This extra service is subject to Ambassador Cruises availability.
• The child rate for children from 4 to 12 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. In case the child occupies the sole cabin, the rate for adult is applied
• Peak season surcharge : Surcharge of $50 per person per night applies for travel date on 24th December and 31st December. Surcharge of $30/person for travel during Lunar New Year (28, 29, 30, 31/01/2025). Surcharge of $30 per person per night travel during 7 April (Hùng Kings’ Festival), 30 April (Vietnamese Reunification Day), 1 May (Labor Day), 2 September (Vietnam Independence Day).

13:00: Explore the Ba Trai Dao Area in Lan Ha Bay
Immerse yourself in the crystal-clear water of the area.

13:45: Visiting a Pearl farming area

The cruise proceeds past Con Coc Islet and Mat Quy Islet, and visits a pearl farming area and pearl rafts.

14:45: Enjoy Afternoon tea
