Dining on Catherine Horizon Day Cruise
Lunch is the centrepiece. The Premium and Elite buffets bring Vietnamese salads, European cheeses and cold cuts, hot dishes and half a grilled lobster; the Signature BBQ adds Australian beef tenderloin, rosemary lamb, miso salmon, squid and oysters from a live grill. Drinks are extra. Vegetarian meals can be arranged on request. Getting from Hanoi to Catherine Horizon Day Cruise
The day cruise checks in at 09:00, so guests from Hanoi leave around 06:00 – 06:30 by limousine or shuttle bus (about 2.5 – 3 hours). We can arrange a shared shuttle, a limousine van or a private car; staying a night in Ha Long the evening before makes the morning easier.
